We have made it our business to extend the Action Request System where it has it's perhaps most obvious shortcomings: in the way it supports users to perform complex tasks, in the graphical and visual interface, and in introducing ideas and concepts of Business Process Managament to Remedy application development. By making good things better and filling the gaps of the ARS technology, we help to increase our customer's productivity and flexibility. The company

Founded in 2006 by a team of Remedy consultants and developers, ApproLogic is a privately held company based in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. While providing Remedy ARS integration solutions wordwide, ApproLogic covers the European market with regard to consulting services. It's North American activities are carried out by our partner, Buoyant Solutions Inc.

After only three years in the market, ApproLogic has won and implemented several projects with leading Blue Chip Companies and enjoys the confidence of proven Remedy ARS integrators in Europe and in the United States.
